Kyrgyz beans

Dried beans make up Kyrgyztsan's largest agricultural export category, with over $50 million in annual exports recently, more than 60% greater than the value of the country's cotton exports, the second largest export category.  Exports of dried beans to Bulgaria, Turkey and other countries have increased in recent years, as buyers appreciate the ecological purity of Kyrgyz agriculture and the country has become the 9th largest exporter of dried beans, in terms of dollar value.
